• Double-spaced throughout
• First line of each paragraph indented
• Story title and page number in the top-right header of every page
• 300–800 words
• Submitted as a .docx file

Simultaneous submissions: 

Yes. Please notify us promptly if your story is accepted elsewhere. 

Multiple submissions: 

Yes. Up to 3 stories.

Reprints: 

Original work only. Stories previously published in journals, magazines, or anthologies are not eligible. Work that has appeared on the author's personal blog, Substack, Medium, or similar self-published venue is welcome, provided the author retains all rights and is prepared to remove the prior version if the story is selected.

Stories containing sexual assault require a content warning at submission. 

Submissions without one will be declined. 

Compensation for selected stories: $30 per story and contributors receive a free eBook copy. 

Response:  All submitters will receive a response by November 15, 2026.
